Why does a weekend unit arrive Friday?
A weekend event unit arrives Friday so it is in place, level and stocked before guests come. Drivers are not on the road during most weekend events. A Friday drop also means no truck backing up the driveway while you set up tables. The extra day is free because the price covers the trip, not the hours.
When is the unit picked up?
The unit is picked up Monday, or Tuesday after a holiday weekend. You do not need to be home. Close the door, keep the area clear and leave the gate open or the code with us. Units left unlocked at public sites should be checked once after the event.
Can I get a Saturday-morning drop?
A Saturday-morning drop is available by request when a truck is free. It may add a small fee, shown on the quote. Saturday-morning drops make sense for public parks where the unit cannot stay overnight. For private property, Friday is simpler and has no extra charge.

How early should I book a weekend date?
Book weekend units 2 to 3 weeks ahead from May through September and around the State Fair and holiday weekends. Graduation Saturdays in May fill first. Restroom trailers need 6 to 8 weeks for peak weekends. Off-season weekends often book with a few days' notice.
